PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PARALLEL BAR GAUGE SET
The high-quality magnetic parallel supports facilitate work and guarantee rational and flexible setup for maximum productivity. Designed for parallel holding of workpieces in vises and fixtures, their clever design reduces setup times by at least 10%.
The strong magnets on the down side make screwed or clamped connections superfluous and at the same time secure the area between the clamping jaws and the base against dirt and chip infestation for maximum precision. They are placed with a flick of the wrist and eliminate the need for tedious clamping and screwing.
The arrangement of the magnets and the magnetic adhesion is optimized. Since the outside of the parallel pads is hardly magnetic, in contrast to the inside, fewer chips are caught during machining here as well, which makes maintenance and cleaning much easier.
A prerequisite for trouble-free multi-sided and complete machining on machining centers is unobstructed access to the workpiece on as many sides as possible. Since the MagTriXX parallel shims are only 2.5 mm thick, they serve as a secure base but still allow maximum clearance under the workpiece for drilling even close to the clamping. The strong neodymium magnet ensures that the parallel pads do not slip during multi-sided machining on swivel tables. The parallel pad magnets are imprinted with a specially developed and patented process, so that loosening of the magnets is no longer possible.
