The MagTriXX magnetic parallel supports are only 2.5 mm thick. They serve as a secure base but still allow maximum clearance under the workpiece for drilling, even close to the clamping. The strong neodymium magnet ensures that the parallel documents do not slip when processing multiple sides on swivel tables. The parallel base magnets are embossed using a specially developed and patented process, so that it is no longer possible to loosen the magnets.
The premium parallel base makes work easier and guarantees efficient and flexible setup for maximum productivity. Made for the parallel holding of workpieces in vices and fixtures, their clever design reduces set-up times by at least 10%. The strong magnets on the inside make screwed or clamped connections unnecessary and at the same time protect the area between the clamping jaws and the base from dirt and chips for maximum precision. They are placed with just one movement and eliminate the need for annoying clamping and screwing. The arrangement of the magnets and the magnetic adhesion are optimized. Since the outside of the parallel supports is hardly magnetic in contrast to the inside, fewer chips are caught during processing, which makes maintenance and cleaning much easier. The prerequisite for trouble-free multi-sided and complete machining on machining centers is access to the workpiece that is as unhindered as possible on all sides.
