Payment / Shipping MagTriXX shop

All products and orders are shipped within 1-5 working days. All products from our own warehouse are shipped with selected transport companies. In the case of direct deliveries from suppliers or dealer partners, other service providers may also be used. The availability of each product is visible in real time.

Particularly heavy items are delivered on pallets by the forwarding company. The delivery company will arrange an appointment for the delivery in advance by phone. If you are not available by phone, you will be asked to contact us by e-mail. In case of destinations that are not directly accessible, our transport company will deliver the pallets to the nearest possible location (e.g. mountain railroad valley station). After that, a partner company contracted by the transport company will take over the delivery.

In case of absence, it may happen that the post office deposits the package at the front door. If you do not want the parcel to be deposited, you can contact Swiss Post in advance by phone or e-mail. The corresponding changes will then be stored in the Swiss Post system.

We deliver with different selected suppliers. The clarifications are different from country to country, therefore we rely on reliable partners who are specialized for the respective country. The necessary documents are prepared by us and with it the suitable or the shipping partner chosen by the customer is assigned.

Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately.

When possible, we use cardboard and paper made from recycled materials.
